Phases

Phases divide jobs into meaningful stages and provide a shared dimension for schedule, time, WBS, budget, and integration records.

Create phases with stable codes and names, associate them with the intended job structure, and set their active state. Confirm that related cost codes and WBS records use the same hierarchy.

When a phase is missing from a selection list, check that it is active, belongs to the selected job, is available to the user's data scope, and has completed inbound validation when it came from an external system.
