Delete Your Account - SpaceRivers

If you want to delete your SpaceRivers account and associated data, submit a request using one of the methods below.

Method 1: Email Request​

  • Send an email to: spacerivers@gmail.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include your registered email ID or user ID

Method 2: In-App Request​

  • Open the SpaceRivers app
  • Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account (if available)

What We Delete​

  • Account profile data
  • Uploaded images and files
  • Location-related data linked to your account
  • Other user data associated with your account

Deletion Timeline​

  • Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 3 to 7 business days after verification.

Data Retention​

  • Limited data may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons for up to 30 days.
  • Retained data is permanently deleted after the retention period.
