Spacerivers helps construction companies manage employee attendance, work records, and site documentation. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information when using the application.

Permissions We Use​

Location​

  • Location is captured only during clock-in and clock-out events
  • Used to verify employee presence at construction sites
  • Location is not tracked continuously or in the background

Camera​

  • The app uses the device camera during clock-in and clock-out
  • Photos are used for attendance verification
  • May also capture site documentation photos

Storage​

  • Used to store photos and application data temporarily
  • Allows offline usage when internet is unavailable
  • Data automatically syncs when connection is restored

Internet​

  • Required to synchronize attendance records with backend servers
  • Uploads photos and work records securely
  • Enables real-time updates for management and supervisors

Biometric Authentication​

  • Spacerivers may use biometric authentication such as fingerprint or face recognition supported by the device
  • This is used for secure login and user authentication
  • Biometric data is handled by the device's secure system and is not stored by the application

Data We Collect​

Employee Information​

  • Employee name and employee ID
  • Clock-in and clock-out timestamps
  • GPS location captured during attendance
  • Attendance verification photos
  • Site documentation photos

Project Information​

  • Construction site locations
  • Work assignments and activity records
  • Project documentation data

Data Sharing​

We share collected data only with authorized parties related to the project:

  • Employer or company management
  • Project managers and supervisors
  • Human Resources (HR) department
  • Payroll department for salary processing

Spacerivers does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Data Security​

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

All communication between the mobile application and our servers is transmitted using secure encrypted connections. Access to stored data is limited to authorized personnel only.
