Account and sign-in

SpaceRivers supports organization-aware sign-in. Your email identifies your account; your password or supported passcode verifies it; and the selected tenant determines which company data and permissions are loaded.

Multiple organizations

If the sign-in service finds more than one available tenant, SpaceRivers asks you to select an organization. Always verify the selected organization before entering time or changing setup records.

Temporary and forgotten passwords

An administrator can reset a user's password, and the sign-in screen provides a forgot-password flow. A temporary password is sent to the registered email address. If SpaceRivers requests a password change, complete it before other pages become available. New passwords must be at least eight characters and cannot be the same as the current password.

Profile

Use the profile menu to review or update available personal fields and to change your password. Email addresses must be unique within the supported identity model. A field-user passcode, when enabled, must be unique inside the tenant.

Sign out safely

Use Sign out when you finish, especially on shared devices. Signing out removes the local session; closing a tab alone may leave the session available until it expires.

Keep credentials private

Never share a password, passcode, reset email, session token, or API key. Tenant administrators should reset credentials instead of asking users to reveal them.
