SaaS, tenants, and billing
The SpaceRivers SaaS portal is separate from the tenant operations application. It provides public plan selection and tenant registration, plus protected tenant and platform administration.
Tenant registration
- Choose an available plan.
- Enter the organization and administrator information.
- Review selected modules, user seats, billing interval, discounts, and taxes.
- Complete the hosted payment flow when required.
- Wait for provisioning to complete before signing in to the tenant application.
Do not retry registration immediately after a payment redirect. First use the checkout status or support process to confirm whether the tenant was created.
Tenant administrator
The tenant billing area can show plan and usage, invoices, and payment-method or billing-portal actions. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades, seat reductions, and cancellations can be scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
Platform administrator
Authorized SaaS administrators can manage plans, tenants, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, discounts, payment operations, usage, access modules, platform users, reporting, and monitoring. Availability varies by deployed release.
Past-due service
Failed payments can move a subscription through a grace period and then into restricted access. Billing recovery remains available to an authorized tenant administrator. After payment, allow reconciliation to finish and then refresh the tenant session.
