Outbound time and expenses

Outbound integration moves eligible SpaceRivers records to the customer's payroll or accounting database through SR-Bridge.

1. Complete required review, approval, and processing in SpaceRivers.
2. Run the applicable outbound job in SR-Bridge.
3. The bridge retrieves eligible readyToPost records for its tenant.
4. It validates local references and writes each record to the configured target.
5. It reports successful IDs and structured failures back to SpaceRivers.
6. Reconcile the source selection, local batch, and final posting state.

Successfully confirmed records move to posted. Retryable failures remain available for another attempt; explicit failures can be marked as errors for investigation. Do not manually mark a record posted unless the external write is verified.

The outbound tab may not be visible in every web release. SR-Bridge and the Integration Logs remain the operational sources for job results.
