Inbound data

The Inbound tab separates imported rows by domain, including Employees, Jobs, Phases, Cost Codes, Initial Budget, Change Order Budget, Committed Cost, and Actual Cost.

Validate an inbound batch

  1. Run the intended job in SR-Bridge and note its time and source range.
  2. Open Integration > Inbound and select the same domain.
  3. Filter for the new staged rows.
  4. Review source identifiers, required fields, relationships, and validation messages.
  5. Correct the source, mapping, or missing parent data.
  6. Re-run or revalidate the affected rows.
  7. Confirm valid rows appear in the corresponding master or budget workspace.

Do not create a manual duplicate merely to bypass a failed staged row. Stable source identifiers allow repeated runs to update or reconcile the intended record.

For entity-specific detail, use the row's validation message together with the Integration Logs.
