Committed cost
Committed Cost records financial obligations that may not yet be actual cost. Records can be entered through the application or loaded through the configured inbound integration.
Verify the job, vendor/business partner, reference, date, amount, and WBS coding. Use source identifiers consistently so repeated integration runs can identify an existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
When totals do not match the source system, compare filters and batch scope, then check Integration Logs for rejected rows. A commitment and its related actual cost are separate facts and may both appear in exposure analysis.
