Profile and settings

Profile shows locally synchronized employee information, including name, email, employee code, address, and photo when available. It also displays the installed application version, which is useful when contacting support.

Quick actions​

Profile provides shortcuts to Schedule and Timesheet.

App settings​

  • Notifications opens the local notification list.
  • Theme changes the application's primary accent color or restores the default.
  • Review Captured Photo controls whether the app shows Use Photo and Retake after camera capture.
  • Change Password verifies the current password and saves a new one.
  • Switch User returns to passcode selection for accounts already saved on the device.
  • Logout removes the active session selection and returns to password sign-in.

Privacy & Security and Help & Support can appear as informational entries even when the deployed build does not attach an additional destination.

Switch User versus Logout​

Switch User is intended for choosing another previously saved account on an approved shared device. Logout ends the active account session on the device. Always log out when organizational policy requires a complete sign-out.

Camera review​

Leave Review Captured Photo enabled when staff should visually confirm identity or receipt images. Disabling the review step makes capture faster but removes the explicit retake screen.
