Notifications

Open Notifications from Profile or the Home header. The app stores notifications for the active saved user and distinguishes unread from read items.

Manage notifications​

  • Tap a notification to mark it read and review its content.
  • Use the header action to mark all visible notifications as read.
  • Use the delete control and confirm to remove an item from the device list.
  • For schedule messages, review the parsed employee/name, shift, date, and time details when present.

Foreground and background delivery uses the device notification service. The app registers and refreshes its device token after sign-in when notification access is available.

If alerts do not arrive​

  1. Confirm notifications are allowed for SpaceRivers in device settings.
  2. Confirm the correct account is active.
  3. Check network connectivity and reopen the app.
  4. Ask the administrator to confirm the schedule was published and the notification rule includes you.

Deleting a notification removes the local message; it does not undo the related schedule or workflow action.
